Not really sure how I am gaining followers since I’ve barely been posting.  I’ve been sick for 3 out of 4 weeks in a row now.  Fitness has been replaced by phlegm.  Hopefully this bullshit ends this week.

I’ve been eating super healthy and I can feel it in my runs.  Today’s 5k of hills was by far the best yet.  I felt a little weak because my caloric intake has been a little low all week but it went away once I hit my stride. Tonight’s dinner is chicken fajitas, except without all the good stuff like sour cream and guacamole, cuz that shit’s fat yo.  Also, no carbs...

I’m so out of shape.  I’m about 10lbs heavier than I was back in October when I was running 10k all the time.  On the flip side I registered for the Electric Run Portland in July I think it is.  My friend won a drawing for free registration and he couldn’t make it so he was kind enough to pass it on to me! Anyhow, I need to get back to less time on the computer and more time...
