Did my Spartacus workout last night, then when I was done I just did as many push-ups as I could possibly do in a row. Yeah it was like 4, I was whupped.
Then I went to bed but couldn’t sleep. I probably got 3 hours of sleep, but that might be a bit optimistic.

Sparticus and Soup
Made homemade soup last night. It was basically a bunch of lean ground turkey with some smoked lean turkey sausage put in a sort of crazy jumble of every kind of vegetable I had in my fridge in a low sodium beef broth. I’m not gonna lie, it’s pretty damn delicious. I made about 2 gallons for around $15. Guess what I’ll be eating for the next few days?
