Thanks everyone for your comments. The wedding was great, couldn’t have been more perfect. Now that the stress is over I can get back to my regular life and hopefully that will be a lot more running and snowboarding :D

When I’m at work and I can’t cook avocados are one of my favorite snacks. They are more healthy than some of my other favorite snacks such as French Onion Sun Chips, which are the devil because I can unconsciously eat half a bag if I’m not careful. It’s not quite healed yet but it’s getting very close. I’m feeling like two days and I’ll be good to run again. Which is great because I need a good run. Also, I am very excited for my wedding and all that stuff but a part of me just wants to get back to regular life again where I’m not worried about who is bringing what and where I have to be at what time ect ect...

Only a proper diet and lifestyle will get you flat abs. There are no shortcuts, just hard work, determination, and education. Suck it.
Baked a nice homemade meal for two. Got her some flowers in a vase, her favorite colors purple and white. Rented a movie that she really wanted to watch(me not so much), made two desserts for us to eat afterwards. The night was a success. P.S. The movie was ‘Larry Crowne’ and it actually turned out to be pretty good, I enjoyed it. Also snuggle time on the couch is always great.
Does anyone have any experience with the Adidas system MiCoach? I’ve used Nike+ before, it’s kind of cool but I am wondering what MiCoach is like.

I have decided that while my Mizuno Precisions are great shoes they do not give me enough support. Don’t get me wrong, they feel fantastic on my feet but they must be for those little 160lbs guys or something. I can run 3 or 4 mile loops with them on with no problems but when I’m done with 6+ mile runs my feet hurt. You know that spot where if you feel down the outside of your foot...

I like all kinds of music, but for running I especially like reggae and progressive house/electro/dubstep. I guess it’s the beat and the positive attitude in much of those songs that does it for me. Good day for a run
Nice little 7(maybe 7.5ish) mile loop this morning. I have only been running this very hilly 3 mile loop for the last several weeks so this is my first longer(sorta) run for quite awhile. I felt strong the entire way and really pushed it hard the last mile to make sure I was spent by the time I got home. This is what I look like after I ran really hard. Anyhow, it’s a beautiful day...

Here is a sneak peak at the views I get on my runs here in Oregon. I can’t deal with more than a couple miles on the tread mill, maybe this is why. Soon all those fields will be full of delicious smelling hops and grape vines!!
