Ran like a demon. I’m pretty sure at one point there were flames coming off the back of my shoes. It’s amazing how a couple days of eating well can change how your body feels. When I eat a lot I feel like it drags my body down, not just on runs but at work and everything. I need to learn to not do that to myself.
P.S. I came across a guy who was running a 5k on my 10k track about 3-4 miles in to my run. Yeah he tried to catch me.
